How to place an order?
You can place an order using one of the following convenient methods:
- By filling out the order form on the website
- By calling the phone number listed at the bottom of the page
- By sending an email with the order description to info@defika.com.ua
Due to the specific nature of the products, all orders require preliminary approval. After receiving your request, our manager will contact you to clarify the details, delivery terms, and timelines. Once all conditions are agreed upon, a contract is signed and the order is put into production.
What is the order fulfillment time?
The estimated time required for assembly, configuration, and testing of a batch of products is approximately one month.
However, the actual delivery time depends on the order volume, availability of ready-made products, and the current production workload. We recommend confirming exact timelines with our manager by phone.
How is payment for the order handled?
Payment is made via bank transfer to the official corporate bank account.
Depending on the order volume, payment may be split into several installments; however, the final payment must be completed no later than three days after delivery.
Is it possible to customize the product configuration for my order (for example, change frequencies or battery operating time)?
In general, yes. We can make certain changes to the configuration of the device(s) according to your request, provided that the device design allows it. However, please note that in such cases the price and/or delivery time may change.
Is it possible to purchase device components separately?
At present, Defika sells complete devices. Antennas with cables and batteries for the VIK-2K are available for purchase separately. Please contact our manager to confirm availability and pricing.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We accept orders starting from a single device.
Against which types of drones is the VIK-2K effective?
The VIK-2K is primarily designed to neutralize commercial quadcopters such as DJI Mavic drones used for reconnaissance, fire adjustment, and munition delivery.
Which frequencies does the VIK-2K cover?
The VIK-2K operates in two frequency bands: 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz — the primary control frequencies used by DJI Mavic-type drones. The total radiated power is 100 W.
What is the operating range of the VIK-2K?
The VIK-2K jams drone control channels at distances starting from 50 meters. Actual range depends on terrain conditions, obstacles, and the signal strength of the target drone.
How is the device housed? Is it convenient to carry in combat?
The entire VIK-2K system is integrated into a framed assault backpack, providing comfortable carrying while on the move. The system uses two batteries; if needed, one of them can be removed and replaced, for example, with ammunition.
How can the VIK-2K antenna be positioned?
The VIK-2K supports three antenna placement modes:
- Mounted on the backpack — for operation while moving
- Handheld — for targeted aiming at a specific target
- Mounted on a tripod — for stationary position defense
Does operating the VIK-2K affect the unit’s own communication equipment?
While the VIK-2K is operating, interference may occur with radio equipment working on the covered frequencies (2.4/5.8 GHz) within the device’s effective range. It is recommended to coordinate operating modes in advance with other communication systems used by the unit.
Do you provide service and repair for the VIK-2K?
Yes. In case of malfunctions or the need for maintenance, please contact info@defika.com.ua or call us by phone. Repair terms and conditions are agreed individually depending on the type of issue.
Is special training required to operate the VIK-2K?
The VIK-2K is designed for rapid deployment and intuitive use by personnel without lengthy training. Consultation support is available upon request.
Can multiple VIK-2K units be used simultaneously to expand the protected area?
Yes. Multiple devices can be deployed in parallel to increase coverage or protect several sectors at the same time. We recommend consulting with our specialists when planning deployment.
Has the effectiveness of the VIK-2K been confirmed in real combat conditions?
Yes. Units using the VIK-2K have not recorded a single targeted drone strike on personnel while the device was in operation.
Can civilians or civilian organizations purchase the devices?
All orders undergo preliminary approval. We consider requests from military units, law enforcement agencies, local government bodies, and organizations acting in the interests of national defense. The decision to supply is made individually after clarifying the purpose and legal status of the requester.
Do you provide documentation and user manuals?
Yes. Each device is supplied with technical documentation and a user manual. Additional training materials are available upon request.
