Compact protection against drones – the VIK-2K.mini electronic warfare system
The VIK-2K.mini electronic warfare system is a new ultra-compact addition to the VIK lineup, designed for troops who are constantly on the move. Its weight of under 5 kg and minimal dimensions allow it to be mounted directly on a backpack. At the same time, the VIK-2K.mini does not compromise on power: 100 W across two operating bands provides a suppression range of a minimum of 120 m.
Advantages:
- minimal weight – under 5 kg, among the lightest EW systems in the Defika lineup
- compact form factor mounted directly on the operator's backpack
- боєць рухається самостійно – не потрібно, щоб хтось із побратимів ніс його спорядження
- the operator moves independently – no need for a fellow soldier to carry their gear
- fast deployment and instant readiness for use
- suppression across two bands simultaneously – 2,4 GHz and 5,8 GHz
- up to 2 hours of autonomous operation on swappable batteries
- Frequency bands:
- 2380-2500 MHz/5700-5900 MHz
- Suppression range:
- minimum 120m
- Weight:
- < 5 kg
- Total power:
- 100 W
- Autonomous operation:
- up to 2 hours
- EW set components:
- VIK-2K.mini (high-frequency electronics unit with built-in antenna), control panel, 28V 20Ah battery (2 pcs), charger, documentation
The main purpose of this electronic warfare device is to protect mobile assault groups during their advance or deployment to positions from drone-dropped ammunition, specifically from drones of the DJI Mavic type.
A minimum of 120 m
- Form factor: an interference-generating module with a MOLLE-type mount, compatible with tactical clothing and gear
- Low device weight: < 5 kg, including one battery
- The EW system blocks the operation of DJI Mavic-type UAVs in two standard bands: 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz
- High-performance antenna with superior SWR
- Active cooling system for stable long-term operation
- Quick and easy battery replacement
- Three available power supply methods:
- Standard battery (2+ hours of autonomous operation)
- External 220 V power supply with simultaneous battery charging
- External batteries and DC power sources across a wide 12-28 V range
- The device is designed for convenient mounting on any tactical backpack or gear with a universal MOLLE attachment. The one-piece aluminum housing ensures structural rigidity and reliably protects key components.
- The battery is easily accessible for quick replacement.
- The device has a universal power connector, allowing it to use almost any battery with a voltage between 12V and 28V.
