Defika Joins DOT-Chain: VIK-2K EW System Now Available for Procurement with e-Points

Defika has officially joined the DOT-Chain system, developed with the support of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine to improve the supply of technological solutions to military units. From now on, the VIK-2K EW system listed in DOT-Chain can be procured through various funding mechanisms, including e-Points.

About the DOT-Chain System

DOT-Chain is a digital platform that allows military units to independently select and order approved equipment required for combat missions. The solution is part of the digital transformation of defense procurement being implemented by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Through the platform, combat units gain more tools for independently selecting the equipment they need, while the supply process becomes more transparent and predictable. At the same time, the Defense Procurement Agency (DPA) is responsible for financing, contract management, and procurement operations.

The main procurement mechanisms available through the system include DOT-Chain Defence and DOT-Chain e-Points.

  • DOT-Chain Defence allows procurement using state funding.
  • DOT-Chain e-Points allows units to receive equipment using accumulated bonus points.

This approach expands the capabilities of military units and helps address urgent operational requirements more quickly.

VIK-2K Available Through e-Points and Other DOT-Chain Mechanisms

After completing the required approval procedures, Defika’s products were added to the DOT-Chain registry. As a result, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine can now use accumulated e-Points to order the VIK-2K EW system through the Ministry of Defense platform.

For military units, this provides additional flexibility in procurement planning and enables faster access to proven counter-drone solutions. The inclusion of the system in the DOT-Chain ecosystem also shortens the path from request to delivery.

VIK-2K – EW Protection Against Mavic and FPV Drones

The VIK-2K EW system is designed in a backpack format, allowing operators to move while maintaining active protection without being tied to a fixed position. The system was developed for effective countermeasures against DJI Mavic drones and operation in a dynamic electromagnetic environment. During development, particular emphasis was placed on adaptability, reliability, and practical effectiveness in real combat conditions.

Today, the demand for effective anti-Mavic electronic warfare systems remains one of the highest priorities among Ukrainian military units. This is why manufacturers are increasingly focused on solutions capable of countering both reconnaissance and attack drones used by adversaries.

Benefits for Military Units

The availability of VIK-2K within DOT-Chain provides military units with new opportunities for rapid access to electronic warfare capabilities:

  • Ordering through the official digital platform of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
  • Using e-Points to address unit-specific operational needs.
  • A transparent product selection and procurement process.
  • Faster access to Ukrainian-made counter-UAV solutions.
  • The ability to obtain the VIK-2K EW backpack system through government-supported procurement programs.

A Step Toward a Modern Defense Procurement System

The launch of DOT-Chain marks another important stage in the development of Ukraine’s digital defense procurement ecosystem. The platform simplifies interaction between manufacturers, military units, and government organizations responsible for procurement and logistics.

For Defika, registration in DOT-Chain confirms the company’s readiness to supply electronic warfare solutions to the Armed Forces of Ukraine through official Ministry of Defense channels. The availability of VIK-2K through both e-Points and DOT-Chain Defence enables a faster response to frontline requirements. For units planning to acquire EW equipment through government procurement programs, the inclusion of VIK-2K in DOT-Chain creates new opportunities to obtain proven Ukrainian-made solutions.

How to Purchase EW Systems Through DOT-Chain

After logging into the system, authorized users can browse available products, define requirements, and place orders according to their unit’s funding mechanism. DOT-Chain Defence provides procurement through government funding, while DOT-Chain e-Points allows the use of accumulated bonus points.

For military units planning to acquire the VIK-2K EW system through government support programs, the inclusion of the system in the DOT-Chain registry accelerates access to Ukrainian-made electronic warfare solutions without additional procurement procedures.
